The Inside the NBA crew on TNT did it again ahead of Monday’s NBA playoff action. With Charles Barkley and Shaquille O’Neal providing yet another hilarious moment on set as fans have become so accustomed to seeing over the years.

After getting a good laugh out of a viral video of a woman using a mop to baste chicken last night following Game 4 of the Denver Nuggets and Minnesota Timberwolves series, the TNT crew decided to recreate the moment on Monday. Setting up a grill, chicken, barbecue sauce, and a mop on the set.

Barkley took matters into his own hands, showing off his technique on the grill. But when Shaq threatened to make Barkley taste the sauce, that’s when things almost gout out of hand in a priceless moment that can be seen below.

As soon as Barkley grabbed the bucket and threatened to pour it on O’Neal, other members of the TNT crew like Ernie Johnson, Kenny Smith, and even staff behind the camera made it clear that they did not Barkley to cross the line. Followed by laughter throughout the set and a standoff between the two NBA legends.

The standoff ended with O’Neal and Barkley calling a truce, signified by them touching knuckles to put an end to the barbecue sauce standoff. A comical moment that would have been beyond entertaining if either of the two actually got sauce on each other’s suits.

The moment occurred ahead of the Boston Celtics and Cleveland Cavaliers’ Game 4 matchup, which tips off at 7:00 p.m. ET on TNT and is followed by Game 4 between the Oklahoma City Thunder and Dallas Mavericks at 9:30 p.m.

Jamal Murray hits wild buzzer beater, stares down Kevin Harlan to end crazy Nuggets sequence

Denver Nuggets guard Jamal Murray has hit numerous big-time, clutch baskets so far during this year’s NBA playoffs. Highlighted by making a pair of game-winning shots in the Nuggets’ first-round series against the Los Angeles Lakers.

In Sunday’s Game 4 matchup in the second round of the playoffs against the Minnesota Timberwolves Murray did it again. Hitting another dazzling buzzer-beater that may not have been as high stakes as his past heroics, but potentially more impressive.

In the closing moments of the second quarter, Murray intercepted a pass with 1.6 seconds remaining in the first half. Which he followed by making an improbable buzzer-beating shot beyond half court right in front of the scorer’s table to give Denver a 64-49 lead. Staring down TNT play-by-play announcer Kevin Harlan in an electric moment that can be viewed below.
