The Southeastern Conference on Monday announced each school’s conference opponents for the 2024-25 basketball season, and Alabama learned which teams it will face in league play.

The Crimson Tide will welcome Auburn, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, LSU, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Oklahoma and Vanderbilt to Coleman Coliseum, while it will travel to play Arkansas, Auburn, Kentucky, Mississippi State, Missouri, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Texas A&M.

Alabama will play home-and-home series against Auburn, Kentucky and Mississippi State.

Conference play tips off on Saturday, Jan. 4, and runs through Saturday, March 8. Each SEC team plays the other 15 teams at least once during league play. Three teams will be played a second time during the schedule – two which are permanent opponents and one that will change each year.

The continuation and renewal of historic rivalries was a point of emphasis when creating the schedule as the SEC welcomes Oklahoma and Texas as new members in 2024-25. Additionally, preexisting home-and-away rotations for single-play opponents were preserved.

The SEC Tournament returns to Nashville as Bridgestone Arena will host the event from March 12-16, 2025.

Times, dates and television information will be announced at a later date.

In addition to the 18 conference games, Alabama is set to face another tough non-conference schedule. The Tide will host Creighton and McNeese State, face Illinois in Birmingham, travel to play Purdue and will take part in the eight-team Players Era Festival in Las Vegas the week of Thanksgiving. Alabama should also play in the second ACC/SEC Challenge.
