AUBURN — The SEC released conference-only opponents for the 2024-25 season on Monday. Auburn will play notable games against two SEC newcomers, traveling to Texas and hosting Oklahoma.

Auburn previously played OU three times in non-conference play (1978, 1988 and 2022) and Texas twice (1910-11 and 1955).

SEC play tips off on Saturday, Jan. 4, 2025, and runs through Saturday, March 8. Each team will play the other 15 teams at least once during league play. Three teams will play a second time during the schedule – two of which are permanent opponents and one that will change each year.

The Tigers are coming off finishing tied for second in the regular season standings last season with a 13-5 SEC record. Auburn tied with South Carolina, Kentucky and Alabama, and finished one game behind league champion Tennessee in the final standings.

Auburn then beat South Carolina, Mississippi State and Florida on their way to a SEC Tournament championship in Nashville, the second tournament title under Bruce Pearl and fourth overall conference championship under Pearl, with two regular season titles already secured.

Auburn’s recent SEC records dating back to Pearl’s first regular season title are as follows:
