Tennessee Football’s win total for the 2024 season has been set at nine, according to over/under numbers released by Circa Sports on Sunday. The number was set at 8.5 back in February, according to FanDuel.

Win totals for Tennessee opponents in the numbers released by Circa included 10.5 for Georgia, 9.5 for Alabama, 8.5 for North Carolina State, 7.5 for Oklahoma, 6.5 for Kentucky, 5 for both Florida and Arkansas, 4.5 for Mississippi State and 3 for Vanderbilt.

Last week DraftKings set early betting lines for five Tennessee games this season, favoring the Vols against NC State and Florida while they were underdogs for road games at Oklahoma and Georgia and the home game against Alabama.

Tennessee opened as a 5.5-point favorite against NC State for the neutral-site game on September 7 at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, in the Duke’s Mayo Classic. The Vols opened as a 5-point underdog for the September 21 SEC opener at Oklahoma, when the Sooners make their debut as an SEC team after moving from the Big 12.

Tennessee opened as an 11-point favorite against Florida for the SEC home opener on October 12 but a two-point underdogs at home against Alabama a week later, on October 19 at Neyland Stadium. Georgia was set as a 17.5-point home favorite against Tennessee for the November 16 game at Sanford Stadium in Athens.

Vols play four straight SEC home games this season

The Vols open the season on August 31 at home against Chattanooga and, after facing N.C. State in Charlotte, return home to face Kent State on September 14.

After back-to-back conference games on the road, at Oklahoma on September 21 and at Arkansas on October 5, separated by the first open date of the season, Tennessee plays four straight home games, against Florida (October 12), Alabama (October 19), Kentucky (November 2) and Mississippi State (November 9), with the second open date on October 26 splitting the four-game run.

Tennessee announced last week it has already sold out its allotment of 70,500 season tickets at Neyland Stadium for a second straight season. Tennessee also has a “season ticket interest list” that is now at nearly 15,000 fans.

Tennessee led SEC in total home attendance, average attendance last season

White launched the ‘Rise Glorious’ comprehensive strategic plan in July 2022 which included season ticket goals for the football program. Tennessee surpassed a goal of 56,000 season tickets sold in the fall of 2022 with 61,490 season tickets. The Vols had a goal of 61,500 last season, before ultimately selling out the entire allotment of 70,500.

The 2024 season marks the third time in 23 season that Tennessee has sold out football season tickets, doing so last May and in August 2016.

Tennessee led the SEC in total home attendance (713,405) and average home attendance (101,915) last season. The Vols were ranked third and fourth nationally in those categories, respectively.
