Who Kentucky coaches will watch this weekend in Indy at the 3rd Nike EYBL session

The third AAU session of the 2024 Nike EYBL circuit officially tips off later on Friday afternoon in Indianapolis and runs through Sunday. After the first two stops in Memphis and Atlanta, this weekend presents the first opportunity for college coaches to make an appearance. For us here at KSR, that means we’ll probably be following Mark Pope around more than watching the actual games (only half-kidding).

When Jack Pilgrim, Jacob Polacheck, and I went down to Memphis last month, we did so a bit blind. Pope had only been on the job for a couple of weeks, making it quite the task to figure out which high school recruits he was targeting. At that stage, only a small handful of 2025 prospects had even heard from Pope and the new staff. It was essentially a guessing game for two days, but we at least learned of some of the early feelers being put out by Kentucky coaches.

Nearly a month later, we have a much clearer idea of who’s on the Big Board. New high school targets have popped up regularly over the last few weeks. Not all of them play on the EYBL circuit, but the majority of them will suit up in Indy throughout the weekend. Jack Pilgrim, Brandon Ramsey, and I will be in and out of the Pacers Athletic Center during all of it.

Below are the class of 2025 prospects (and one from 2026) in Indy who have received some sort of interest from the new Kentucky staff that we know of. I’ve posted their per-game stats through the first two sessions along with their individual schedules throughout this weekend. The first two sessions only saw teams play three games each weekend — this weekend will include four games each with two on Saturday. More names will surface as we talk with the players.
