Former Michigan Wolverines football head coach Jim Harbaugh left the program for the NFL's Los Angeles Chargers much better than he found it. At his introductory press conference Dec. 30, 2014, Harbaugh declined to recognize that, despite its rich history, Michigan was a struggling program. In the seven years before he arrived, the Wolverines went 46-42.
