I am much more amped up than I thought I would be. The past few years really beat up my fandom more than I had realized. The apathy is replaced with optimism!

I know what you mean. As you can probably tell, I'm super hyped today.
These last 6 years since our last NCAAT game have have been pretty awful so today all those positive feelings are being let out.
Stress level up I am expecting a tough game today hopefully this journey will last awhile.
Edwards has to take those early bad shots to see if he's on.
Looks like Creighton is not going to guard Scott on the perimeter. First team I recall trying this.

Kelsey put Traore in Scott's spot and Creighton isn't guarding him either. Creighton is trying to take away that pick and roll offense and Kelsey doesn't have a big man who can make that unguarded shot in the paint.

Right now Creighton can’t miss we aren’t moving as freely in offense as normal. In all honestly Creighton is well prepared for us.
Creighton is playing great defense, executing on offense and looking to push/run the ball at every opportunity.
Cards have to tighten up defensively.

We looked more confused on defense than any game I've seen this season. Creighton's game plan is working and they're gaining confidence. That's why they're making their 3's now.
Louisville's offense has the needed boost to keep up with Smith back, but someone else is going to need to score 25+ to win.
So far it looks like the Cards have been outcoached in terms of pre game preparation. Kelsey will be tested in this game and he needs his guys to shoot very well. This is what I was concerned with seeing we had to play Creighton.
