Next up on the wrestling schedule is Cadet Worlds. They are being held in Rome, Italy, from July 25 through July 31.

PSU verbal Tyler Kasak will be representing the USA in the competition @ 65 kg.

It appears that the qualification rounds and the semis for 65 kg FS will take place on July 29, and the finals for that weight class will take place on July 30

11:30 a.m. – Qualification rounds (MFS 45, 51, 60, 71, 92kg), repechage (MFS 48, 55, 65, 80, 110kg)
5 p.m. – Semifinals (MFS 45, 51, 60, 71, 92kg)
6 p.m. – Finals (MFS 48, 55, 65, 80, 110kg)

Kasak is at 65 kg, so per the above, they are at 6 pm in Rome, Italy, which is noon EDT in the USA.

Kasak with a close 3-5 loss. Was down 0-3 on a takedown and shot clock violation. Came back with a step out aand takedown to go ahead 3-3 on criteria, but the AZE wrestler forced a push out to go up 4-3 with 1.8 seconds to go. Lost challenge by Kasak’s corner puts the final at USA 3-5 AZE.
