He runs the 40-yard dash in 4.65 seconds, a 4.06-second shuttle, and 100-meters in 11.06 seconds. Crumpler also boasts a 35-inch vertical and plays free safety where he impacts the entire field with his speed, range and elite hops. He also plays hoops and carries a 4.27 grade point average.

One article states he ran an 11.88 100 meters, which is not great for a WR. I think he projects more like a safety than a WR.

And another says 11.06. He is PLENTY fast.
Look at his film, he is NOT PLenty fast. We have several NON fast WRs on the team already and the overall speed at WR needs to improve.

As some Penn State defensive players said last year re: RU WRs, we saw on film that they were not fast or quick and we knew they could not pass on us.

Another recruiting service has him as a 4 star and top 200 player in the country.

Don't know what film he is watching, but the one I posted shows him outrunning the entire opposing team on kick/punt returns. That aside, he is elusive once he has the ball. NFL bloodlines too.

Seems Lascari and Harasymiak were his recruiters so he's probably going to be playing safety.

That's what scouts said about Jerry Rice. What a crappy career he had.

His brother is 4-time Pro-Bowler Alge Crumpler

His father is East Carolina’s TD record holder and a Buffalo Bill

Schiano found a gem and he’s going to develop Isaiah to another level

Lastly, of all states, North Carolina was 1 of only 7 to have double-digit NFL draft picks this year

Florida — 36
Texas — 30
Georgia — 23
California — 21
Illinois — 12
Michigan — 11
North Carolina — 10

Great state to start making recruiting in-roads

Not sure where you could have possibly seen that.
We are his only P5 offer.
Hopefully he is an under the radar find that will help the WR corps in the future

His best 100 meter time last year was 11.06 according to the MileSplit North Carolina track and field website, although he doesn't seem to have run that fast this year yet.... For comparison, here are some high school best 100 meter times for a few other current or former Rutgers players: Aron Cruickshank 11.02, Josh Youngblood 11.18, Bo Melton 10.70, Max Melton 10.91, Fitzroy Ledgister a wind legal 10.39 (He also ran a wind aided 10.30)

His dad and uncle are 6-5. If you figure he will grow to 6-3, 6-4, and become a TE, DE, it makes a lot of sense. Or maybe he will be a big possession receiver.
