Looks like coaches everywhere will see pressing Louisville is something to consider. We're panicking and it doesn't make sense

I agree we need to work on handling our offense during a press because I guarantee to you that will be used against us. Tom Crene the failed coach who is now an announcer. He must have missed the whole game and missed about a couple of dozen no calls.

ESPN needs to stop having obvious biased announcers. He was complaining like a fan does.

That wasn't an obvious foul. Scott blocked the shot yet they still acted like Hunter was mugged as they watched the replay.

Now Tom Creams idiot *** is acting like that was an obvious foul. It could of been called but it wasn't obvious. Hunter fell down after having the shot blocked.

It's ********!

So we beat Clemson by double digits in the regular season, we played the same schedule and had the same records, they were ranked higher than us in the polls, they were favored to win this game but lost, Joe Lunardi has them at a higher seed so what is it going to take for us to get some respect? Sorry for the run on the sentence.

Overall, just an incredible year. Yeah the press breaking was a mess but that can happen see UK against OU. It is wild they couldn’t hit anything then boom 3’s start falling. Then it is like 4 on 5 because you can’t let Scott handle the ball because his free throw shooting in a turnover. God bless Waterman but he isn’t good with the ball in his hands.

Survive and advance

I like the thought of letting Scott throw the ball in against that press, but then you've got to attack it and break it for something easy.
I don't think Kelsey will be caught off guard going forward.

Other than that, hard to deny the grit this team plays with, reckless abandon for every loose ball. They need only to take care of the ball a little better and stay disciplined in the offense to keep this thing going.

We'll have to play a smarter game tonight..

Hunter flopped with the head snap. The "Shef" pushed Traore in his back while he was in the air blocking the shot. Alexander is mad Louisville fired Kenny. He's also mad Kelsey is killing it, because that shreds part of his support for Kenny that it was mission impossible.

Clemson played hockey the entire game. The refs swallowed the whistle for the press making it impossible for the Cards to handle it. The Cards didn't handle it well but that's a lot to overcome.

I think the refs probably decided they weren't wanting to end the game on a foul unless they just had to do it. The replay showed the dude flop the head snap.

The behavior of Clemson's players the entire game was embarrassing. A physical team mugging while simultaneously crying. You could see that was their strategy while the lead grew. Chumps.

The ESPN media reaction was equally as embarrassing.

It's been a problem all over college hoops. Today's game between Tennessee and Auburn looked like a cloned version of the last 4 minutes of Louisville's win over Clemson.

The refs just seemed overwhelmed. In the Auburn game the same ref had three straight wrong calls in a row against Tennessee, one overturned by replay.

Physical play is out of control and it's like some of these refs can't decide if they're going to call it or let it go.

It's pretty much a crap shoot which team will get the advantage of bad whistles on the other team.

Interesting comments about officiating following the Wisconsin win over MSU just a few minutes ago, that could apply directly to last night’s UL vs Clemson contest.

The last desperate 3 point shot by MSU saw contact from the Wisconsin defender, and initially Jay Wright and others cried foul. However after further review, they went to the defense of the official who “no called” it. Like Edwards and Hunter last night, the contact was initiated more by the offensive player and it was equally evident that teams desperately trying to catch up, are guilty of trying to foul, but in traps like what we saw from Clemson are not being whistled.

Might sound like an alibi or excuse for the meltdown by UL, but in truth Clemson was trying to foul in several of the situations, but were not called. The college game is increasingly modeling the NBA, and the physical nature is out of control.
