</span></div><div>having to pull out a game from 7 years ago that we played under a coach that's already been fired. Surely you can do better than that. Oh wait, I guess you can't since Mullen hasn't lost to a team the caliber of Marshall since he's been here.
Have fun where ever you CUSA people that don't make the liberty bowl go. I'm not even sure. But what I am sure of, is that at 6-6, we'll make a better bowl than you at 11-1.bamassippi said:<div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Tahoma,Verdana,sans-serif; font-size: 12px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"></span></div>Have fun in Nashville, or whatever.having to pull out a game from 7 years ago that we played under a coach that's already been fired. The Liberty Bowl? You mean the one you went to in 2007 and only 1 of your only 2 bowl appearances in the last 10 years? That Liberty Bowl?rem101 said:Have fun where ever you CUSA people that don't make the liberty bowl go. I'm not even sure. I guess you could make the Liberty if Houston goes to BCS, in which case, Nashville would still be a better bowl.
<div>"Anally raped" = 17 point loss? Really?</div><div>1dawgfan09 said:You can also call it the bowl where State beat the best team in your conference.Incidentally, it was the same team that anally raped USM a few games before.
It's sad that on the same weekend Southern Miss is wrapping up another successful season, Mississippi State will be playing their biggest rival on ESPNU, meaning the SEC network would rather broadcastTennessee at Kentucky over the (my goodness, how did y'all let this name stick?) The Egg Bowl.SowasheeEagle said:We may not be in the Liberty if we win out according to today's Times Pic

after all the supposedly great and wonderful seasons, nobody, but nobody gives a ******* about Mississippi Southern. It's sad that on the same weekend Southern Miss is wrapping up another successful season
Since you obviously missed his point, I will elaborate."Anally raped" = 17 point loss? Really?<div>
</div><div>I can understand why anal rape is on your mind.</div>
Actually, a private U for undergrad and grad. It's more expensive than State... but I wouldn't know much about that side of education because I'm too smart to have to pay tuition with all these scholarships, much less tuition to (literally) a cowbell college.Barkman Turner Overdrive said:couldn't get into Alabama (which is implied by his user name) or couldn't finish his degree program at PRCC or MGCCC?
Strong words from the SEC, which only has 6 teams with winning records. <div>skb124 said:I did. And had it not been for a blatant offensive pass interference call that somehow the ref called defensive pass interference, Southern would have lost that game too. And yall lost to Marshall... Marshall... Really? You play in the conference USA. Only 4 teams have winning records.
Strong words from a program who's had to play two Thursday night games thus far just to get air time; one of those not equating to ESPN.hatfieldms said:How are all of those ESPN appearances for USM going?
But you ALWAYS lose to Auburn, Bama, LSU, Arkansas, and the rest. <div>Can8DNDawg said:Unbelievable.
bamassippi - may I reminder you those 5 losses have come against the BCS #1, 2, 12, 14 and 24th teams in the country.
USM has yet to even play a team in the top 25.
Not an apples-to-apples comparison.
And as for basketball... Don't even go there. The last time Southern graced the NCAA tournament was a blowout 115-85 loss... in 1991!
