For me, there's about a 10 year spell where I watched rarely, so that doesn't help. But off the top of my head, three of my favorites are:

Kirby Puckett has a badass game, 6 maybe? Had three go-ahead hits in that game, including the game winning homer in the 10th maybe? Also stole a home run from over the wall with an awesome catch. Just an incredible all around game.

Then, game 7. Jack Morris pitched 10 innings of shutout ball, in a game 7. Just an intense game.

Also, Kirk Gibson. My personal favorite WS moment of all time. Hurt, in the locker room, limping out to face at that time the best closer in the history of baseball. Classic.

I'm sure there are many other, those just popped into my head.

1988: Game 1 - Gibson's shot off Eckersley. My dad was a big Dodgers fan and I remember us staying up and watching it and him whooping and hollering as he "limped" around the living room imitating Gibson's home-run trot.

1993: Game 6 - Joe Carter's shot to beat the Phillies. It was hard not to pull for the Phillies that year and I hated to see the Jays go back-to-back in '93.

1997: Game 7 - Edgar Renteria's walk-off liner over Charles Nagy's head in the bottom of the 11th to beat Cleveland.

2001: Game 7 - Luis Gonzalez's walk-off base hit in the bottom of the ninth to beat the Yankees. That series had one of the weirdest vibes to it that I can remember. It ended the first week of November due to the games being postponed due to 9/11. I was pulling for Arizona because I didn't want to see the Yanks 4-peat, but in a way I knew I couldn't be too upset if they did win after all that had happened to that city less than two months earlier.

in game six in the 1995 World Series and the ensuing celebration of the Braves winning. I had been to my first ever Braves game a month or so prior to that game and I will never forget that moment. I became a Braves fan, but years later, realized pulling for Atlanta is much like pulling for State.<div>
</div><div>I also remember the next years game four when the Braves were up 6-0 and blew the lead. I could not tell you how or what heppened, the scoring throughout the game, or anything, but I remember watching this game. </div><div>
</div><div>I quit watching the WS for a while, but I don't think there won't be a single game I remember more than last nights. </div>

Watched the Kirk Gibson home run at The Dock in Jackson after MSU lost to USM 38-21. Good times except for the football loss. Lots of dock rockers.

Thought I was in a war zone. Went north on State St. from Woodrow Wilson. Broken out windows, boarded up houses. Man, what a hell hole. That area has to be tough on Millsaps recruiting.

Other than '91 game 6, Kirby Puckett. God I loved baseball back then. And I hated the Braves because there was this dickhead at school that loved them, and I wanted to see him in complete misery every time they lost. But I digress.

'93 was a good series, '96 was fun just to watch the Yankees dominate (back before I realized I hated them), '01 was awesome when Johnson came out of the bullpen to save it and Gonzalez hit the game 7 winning blooper, '04 was fun to watch the Sox win it, and this current series has been amazing.

nobody on with Gary Carter with a 0-2 count....then the singles started coming along with an error at the end with a crippled billy buckner booting the ball allowing mookie wilson to score the winning run...

watching the game in Manhattan while holding game 7 tickets... I would have never seen a world series game had that not happened.. thankfully we won game 7 while I was in attendence....

last night the Baseball Gods struck back and collected on that.....I'm still hurting from last night....

Arizona- don't remember the year, but Gonzo ended it. That was a great one.

Florida Marlins a few years ago. I don't remember what about it makes it stand out right now, but I liked watching them win it.
