Throws the ball low for that distance and that's nice
All 3 major SAs offered so he should be smarter than average bear
I like the NY guys

Didn't some on here go bonkers on a throw ... in practice... without defense...by a pass by Wimsatt last year ...during the 2022 spring practice?? How did that work out??!!
The first pass in a real game for us was a thing of beauty, not to be replicated often thereafter

That one isn't what I'm talking about. It was a no pads, no defense and just goofing around that lit up the nerds on this board last year.

I remember it
It was about 35 yds (people thought 50) and dropped right in the basket
The problem as I saw it was the pass was way too high - left the frame of the camera
It would have been INT in B1G East
Half the defense would have met under the ball - waiting for gravity lol

Can I ask? What does making these sorts of predictions about the future gain anybody?

Is it just to hopefully say "I was right" if the guess turns out to be accurate? Am I missing some type of excitement that comes from wild guess predictions of the future?

'Cause, you know, we could all guess that some QB recruit we've never heard of will one day be the RU QB of the future. Wouldn't that be a wiser prediction to make, given the very high probability of its accuracy? As opposed to naming someone we have heard which results in a prediction with a substantially lower probability of accuracy?

Ah well. I guess I just don't get it when it comes to this future prediction thing. But for sure I am very excited that RUFB will one day have a future QB. Whoever it might be. 😀

It’s not the alignment. It’s the alignees.
In the last several seasons, the alignment and coaching of said alignment has been at least as big an issue. One of the alignees had over 900 yards rushing for a team that won the Super Bowl. His talent was completely squandered and he never came close to doing anything like that here.

Rutgers Hal. 🤣

So Rutgers Al is the eternal optimist (and then some). Whereas one might expect Rutgers Hal to be the coldly logical yet conflicted emotionless monkey-wrench-thrower.

Rutgers Al: RUFB will win a national championship this season!

Rutgers Hal: I'm sorry Al, but I show a 0% percent chance of that. It appears "someone" just hacked the ECU on a bus load of nuns causing the bus to run over RU's offensive line.

Rutgers Al: The defensive backups can play OL this season, no problem.

Rutgers Hal: The bus just backed up over the DL as well, Al.

If you seen his HS games on YouTube, he is that talented to have a shot of playing in the near future. Up to him how often and when.
Can’t discount, based on a previous article, the time he has spent on strategy and reading defenses
This is going to help him tremendously

It does help when he has a generational NFL QB, TE and a more than pretty good OL to work with. Not to mention better coaching too.

When did he have any of these things while at Rutgers?
