It's unbelievable how bad Alabama is on defense. Last night they gave up 110 points to Missouri and 60 percent shooting. The Tide was called for 30 fouls and Missouri shot 47 FT's missing 16 of them.

Imagine Louisville getting whistled for 30 fouls. We would have to finish the game with walk ons.

I was watching and I saw that they end their season with a stretch of 7 straight games against ranked teams.

Dennis Gates with a big bounce back year. He had a big year 1, but year 2 he went 0-18 in conference play. Had he not had that terrible 2024, he might have been a serious candidate for our job. Maybe KP just needed one more year?! (IM KIDDING!!!)

From what I’ve seen the whole SEC is sketchy on defense with the exception being Auburn, and Tennessee when they win.

A&M is a miserable team to play because of how they rebound on both ends…and it takes misses to ramp up those rebound totals.

Outside of Tennessee, ain't much guarding going on in the $ec.
Texas A&M is a pretty great defensive team. Chris Beard has a strong one at Ole Miss. The surprising one is Florida, although known for that offense they've been playing strong defense this year.

The SEC has already begun the beat-around. Most all but Auburn. Actually, I would hate to be the team (UK) that would be going into Alabama and play then on a Saturday evening after the week that they've had. It could be bad! If we do wind Saturday at home, look for a moveup at least a couple of spots. Possible #19!! Sounds good, right?

They gave up 96 pts. to CPK and CofC last year in the NCAAT.
