I think TCU is still in the playoff. And I don’t think it matters if LSU beats Georgia. I think Georgia will still be in. And finally, I think Michigan is in unless they get completely blown out by Purdue. Basically, I think it’s Georgia, Michigan, TCU and OSU, with only the seeds possibly changing based on the SEC and Big10 title game results.Welp...game one upset of the day. Down goes TCU in a classic barn burner of a game. Had a little bit of everything in it.
Now. it’s LSU turn to take down an unbeaten team. Go Tigers!!!
Very likely so. Just don't want two from any one conference no matter who it is. Never been an OSU fan and them back dooring it in is yucky to me. Would rather have the best 2 loss team in over them. Utah, USC or CU/UNC winner, or even Tulane if they beat UCF. Yuck, that is a stretch!I think TCU is still in the playoff. And I don’t think it matters if LSU beats Georgia. Not only did tOSU and Alabama not win their respective conferences, they didn’t even go to the conference title game. No to both of them. If either/both get in, it just proves that this rinky-dink 4 team playoff with its opinion-based selection is totally fraudulent. Might as well go back to the coaches and writers polls. It’s still a “mythical” national championship.I think TCU is still in the playoff. And I don’t think it matters if LSU beats Georgia. I think Georgia will still be in. While I see your point, the Playoff Committee has already deemed OSU to be ranked the #5 team in the playoff rankings this week. No other team behind them has an opportunity/game to make a case for leapfrogging OSU to claim USC’s presumed vacated spot in the Final Four. Not only did tOSU and Alabama not win their respective conferences, they didn’t even go to the conference title game. Well, Utah did soundly beat the USC team that OSU would leapfrog in your scenario. They do have 2 losses though. If any 2 loss team were considered....it should be them IMO. What about CU if they take UNC to the woodshed tonight? While I see your point, the Playoff Committee has already deemed OSU to be ranked the #5 team in the playoff rankings this week. Agree and this would be a year where an expanded playoff might be really fun and give us a dark horse champ.I am getting tired of the same teams it is getting boring. I am glad they are expanding the number of teams in the playoffs.
