If Kentucky can pull out wins against Georgia and Tennessee, would Kentucky make it into the Top 25??

FSU currently is the only 3 lose team in the top 25. They lost to UL, North Carolina and Clemson.

If they win those two plus AP in between yes. At 8-3 (6-2) we would be ranked. One game at a time though. I've been shunned already on here numerous times for being Debbie Downer and not enjoying the moment. I am but we need to focus on Georgia only just like the team. One game at a time. Do that and the rest will follow.

If you beat UGA and UT you get close but I don't think you make it. The SMU loss still stings and we don't carry over any momentum from previous years.

win the next three, and we may be ranked heading into the Louisville game at 8-3. I dont see any other scenario where we would be ranked. I think we get into the "also receiving votes" IF we beat Georgia, and will be close to the fringe of the Top 25 with a win at Tennessee (in addition to beating UGA).

Is there a chance we would be ranked in that scenario? Sure. Absolutely. But there are other factors involved. Particularly what are other top-25 teams going to do during that time. Right now there is only one 3-loss team ranked in the top-25. So we would need to keep winning while the bottom 5 teams keep losing.

At 7-3 UK would for sure start picking up votes (I think we start picking up votes if we beat UGA). That would be 5 wins in a row and 7 of the last 8. And you follow that up with a win against APU (which would impress nobody, but puts us at 8-3) then I think you sneak into the top-25 right before UofL.

I think if we won the next 3 and got to 8-3 we would.

Also, think what Florida does factors in. Because if we did win the next 3, and UF lost at Arky & LSU (both of which I actually kinda expect to happen), we would win the SEC East. Don't think any 8-3 SECE winner would ever be unranked.
