Anyone's kids learn/learning a foreign language?

Seems like an investment into the future but has anyone done it? If so, what language and why?

My 4th grader is in a dual language (Spanish) program, has been since 2nd grade. He has two teachers that rotate, one whose first language is English and the other Spanish.

niece is 2 years old and learning english and spanish...more english but she's getting both.

Kids had Spanish from K. Oldest just graduated and completed a minor in Spanish. Had no trouble finding a job. Very desirable and sought after to have another language, especially Spanish

All my kids speak Spanish. All I can do is speak some broken Africaans.

I made my kid play the Division video game in French because my wife didn't like all the cussing. So he may be able to cuss in French. Does that count?

OSU daughter minored in Spanish. Recommend it for all kids.
