UNC setting up an interesting competition at QB in the spring. Nathan Elliott headed to Arkansas State as a grad assistant and Chazz Surratt moving to outside linebacker. Lots of class in the way both handled those changes.
Howell, Ruder and Fortin all pretty impressive and young. Should be a fierce competition.
