I agree RU is a 7, with ceiling of 6 and floor of 9, but the tourney likes to pair certain teams. I think we will be sitting in 8/9 unfortunately with Houston as 1.

I can’t see Dook-Kentucky in round 1. I see Dook in 8/9 with Alabama (non traditional) as 1. They are not doing that to Kansas.

Surprised Michigan isn’t in.

And yes I potentially have a matchup of Alabama-Texas A&M in the 2nd round. It was very tough to manuever with all the SEC bubbles around the 8/9 line.

Ncaa allows for a round of 32 matchup between schools IF they only played once during the regular season. It happened as recently in 2019 when 2 seed Michigan State played 10 seed Minnesota

Do I think it happens on Selection Sunday...99% no but this is just today
