Yeah, I spoke to some back in October who said this would be his last year there. His family has been battling severe health issues. Keep them in you prayers. He'll most likely step in and help his son Matt at Newton-Conover. He more than proved himself in Pumpkin Center. Best head coach the school has had to date. As for next coach, no idea. They graduate 20+ seniors.

With dat many seniors walkin' out, the new coach 'bout to hit a rebuild hard. This here transition ain't no joke, gotta keep that vibe and flow alive that he set up. It'll be real interestin' to peep how the new coach handles the tough spots and what tricks they pull to mold the young bucks and bring 'em into the squad.

Hate to hear him leave but he a good coach but a better man. We wish him the best in his future endeavors. Good luck to NL moving forward

North Lincoln is going to struggle no matter who takes the job. NL doesn’t have a lot in the pipeline right now as far as talent goes.
North Lincoln been slippin' in da past seasons, can’t keep it steady, ya feel? This shows some real problems with trainin’ up the players and findin’ fresh talent. If they ain’t got no big dogs on the field, the coach can’t really make his moves or run his game right.

Any chance Mike Helms jumps on this? Be a neat rebuild project for him. Who knows if new coach will get Wingate and Agee back. Be interesting to see what comes next

Man, it hits different when a coach dips, especially when life throws curveballs like a family health scare! It’s like realizing the pizza at the party is stuffed crust, suddenly priorities change! Major respect to him for putting family first, like a true Carolina hero helping his son at Newton-Conover. That’s the kind of dad who’d drive 50 miles for a good pierogi!

I think North would be a decent job. It's probably a rebuild at this moment but has a large school district and a friendly transfer policy
