OU - Bob Stoops ends at 10-2, 7-2 in conference, to save brother's job. Losses to Horns and Baylor thugs.
TCU - Will lose to OSU and OU to end at 10-2, 7-2 in conference.
Baylor - Will lose to either OU or TCU and end up 11-1, 8-1 in conference, and be left out of playoff due to creme puff non conference schedule.

When will the big xii learn and require everyone to strengthen their non conference schedule like the big 10 has.

You had me until that last mention of the b1g; sure the east has to play each other and Michigan, Sparty are solid teams and tosu is the champ until they get beat. The West side of the conference is a total joke,

There is a real possibility of a three way tie in the BIG 10 East. Michigan gets home field against Ohio State, the week after the Buckeyes host Michigan State. It would come down to tie breaker number five: whoever is ranked highest. But it is interesting. Their own language says

The highest ranked team in the first College Football Playoff poll following the completion of Big Ten regular season conference play shall be the representative in the Big Ten Championship Game, unless the two highest ranked tied teams are ranked within one spot of each other in the College Football Playoff poll.

But which poll would that be? I suppose it would be up to the committee. The politicking might get very involved. You'd have to think that Michigan is out, because of their other loss. For a three way, Ohio State would have beaten Michigan State. But MSU has played better and played a tougher schedule out of the conference. And they will have had to play at both Ohio State and Michigan.

But their win in Ann Arbor might be considered a bit of a fluke. Then there is the tOSU status as defending national champs.

One thing for sure. If Michigan State wins out, they're going to make it back up to the top four. It would gladden my heart if Iowa won out and then beats the East winner. Or even better: if Iowa loses a conference game, but then wins the rest and wins the West.

The Sooners that showed up in Manhattan can win out and maybe have an outside shot at getting in the playoff but both are a long shot.

Baylor is shredding teams with no defense, but even so their WRs are scary good. But they are beatable and their defer is suspect.

TCU showed out against Texas but have looked very beatable all season.

Oklahoma State might have the best defense in the conference but they have to the most average unbeaten team left. Reality check will be coming soon.
