[laughing] some of you all crack me up.

"We don't want an unproven coordinator!"
So lets get Les Miles, right? A national title and multiple conference titles playing in the SEC.
"No! He would be horrible at UK and we can do better." Freaking nuts. If someone is too good for the other one in this, its Les. Some of our fans don't deserve to have a coach like him here. Unbelievable.

Wow. Our fans actually believe our football program is too good for Miles? We would be lucky to have Miles at Kentucky. It would be known as the best hire in all of college football. I keep reading about the man not winning at Lsu. He won a lot at Lsu, he just didn't win enough games for Lsu fans. If we can ever get to 7 or 8 wins a year i'm happy. People keep saying Miles can't win at Kentucky. If that's true, we might as well just forget about football cause if Miles can't do it, no coach can and why do we keep wasting so much of our time thinking we can? Let's hope Miles doesn't browse internet sport's forums. What a joke. A loser program like Kentucky with a fan base that thinks we're too good for a future hall of fame coach like Miles.
Exactly. Kentucky football being too good for anyone is a joke.

Maybe les was never going to win 13 games a year again in a much stronger west and with alabama doing what it does. Also, LSU wouldn't always schedule cupcakes in the OOC.

That doesn't mean he can't win 7-8 games a year at UK with 3 cream puff OOC teams and a weaker east that doesn't have an alpha dog coach. The east has been up for grabs since Meyer left. SC had a couple good years, Vandy under franklin did well, Missouri ran through, now UT is looking pretty strong. This side of the conference is up for grabs year in year out.

"oh he had all the talent in the world..."...yeah and most of the time lost to programs who have the same level or even slightly better talent.

Folks, he was losing to ranked teams with elite talent. Now that may not cut the mustard at LSU, but we are UK, we are in no position to be criticizing Les Miles.

Les Miles will get another HC gig, and he will win there and get to bowls.

Miles wouldn't come here anyways. He's too good and will get a better job somewhere else.

We will be choosing between some crap coordinator or a head coach from like Nevada or Midd Tenn State or some dump like that.

I am going to pass on Les Miles, this is too familiar with the hiring of Bill Curry. Give me Neal Brown or stay with Stoops for another year. Regardless, I would love to keep Vince Marrow and Lamar Thomas as assistant coaches.
