They aren't regulars at Rutgers home games so they didn't know what was about to happen, LeGrand saying "DJ play my song" is not indicative of it being a tribute, and there's no way they noticed the BELIEVE flag coming from all the way behind the opposite end zone. They aren't watching the field and jumboscreen to see what's going on, they have their backs to all of that stuff because they are on the field facing the fans in the away section. I find it much more believable that they were just unaware of what was going on than they noticed it and chose to be disrespectful.

99% of RU fans at the Iowa game didn’t realize what the drone show that day was about, and still don’t.

Why aren’t we hearing more about this outrageous and disrespectful PSU display in the media ? Why didn’t they ask Schiano about it, who’s very close with EL ? Because it’s a ridiculous notion.

Eh - they were waving the flag but they were a little half assed about it. I didn’t hear anyone leading much of a cheer or the crowd responding from that corner and it was packed with PSU fans.

Honestly the fans seemed pretty decent this game. They seemed impressed and a bit worried about RU. I had a loud mouthy mom behind me wanting to kill people but it was more funny than out of control. Even when they won they were not very mouthy about it.

Their coach just wore a button on his lapel honoring the coach that if he didn’t die would have been brought up in charges for the cover up. Throughout all the years we have been doing the tribute there is only one school that continues to **** on everywhere they go in the B1G. I have been to most of the B1G stadiums and without fail the fans that I have interacted with most will say the 2 most obnoxious fan groups are OSU and Pedd State.

Had a Pedd state group of 10 or so (2 families with children ranging from 3-8) sitting beside us. They drank until the beer cart sold out. Cursed and demeaned most around us. But became holier than thou when a fan responded Pedd state when the We are chant started in the 4th Q. They had no problem embarrassing themselves and their children with their drunken idiocy but said they “ had children present” at this time. Told them it was a teaching moment and should let them know that their Alma mater valued wins over protecting children. Met with silence.

This was the penn state cheer/dance team coached by an adult. They waved their p-s-u flags & their 4th quarter flag.
When the lights turn red, the RU cheerleaders line up across the whole field & a guy is running with a flag, stopping mid-field then continues to run, someone facing the field, likely the affore mentioned coach, should have said "hey, maybe we don't do this now"

2 rows in front of me is an older couple. They have the aisle seats & pay for the RU seat cushions.
They arrive at their seats...only one cushion in place. The 2nd one? The psu fans slid it over so they could sit on it.
I was very vocal in getting the cushion back to its rightful owner.
