Been needing it since the last time we wore the SnowBowl Unis.

ETA: Richard Gregory just said that they will discuss it on the pre-game show shortly.

It makes you wonder. If we go out there and totally shut them down, bring a ton of pressure and let Banks and Slay lock up in man, how on earth can Wilson come back as the head guy? We'd all be livid Collins hadn't called plays all year.

This has to mean Wilson's gone, right?

I can't see a situation where anyone comes back from getting replaced on game day like that.

This is meaningless. Goat told me that all of our defensive trouble was solely due to Cox going pro. It had absolutely nothing to do with philosophy, technique or schemes.

Sometimes you gotta throw a dog a bone. Would not surprise me to see Collins call today and they return to their same roles next year.

I doubt you will have to worry about that. Collins calling the D won't by itself be enough to get Boyd in the backfield, to get Autry to have consistent pressure, to get Nickoe to take proper angles, etc.

This call makes me wonder. All you folks who are gung ho and in love with this move, know 1 thing: If Wilson leaves it hurts w/Chris Jones

Perhaps. Got to be somewhat embarrassing for Wilson though. I can't see this ending well for him. Hopefully it will for the team though.

Is Collins in the booth or on the field? I think he's normally in the booth. Maybe they think he can see things & make in game adjustments better from the booth than trying to communicate that to Wilson, who in turn would normally be calling plays from field level.

Possible it's to take some heat offf Wilson, or it's a full time audition for Collins, or both

Future Thread prediction in 5 hours, what would our record have been if Collins called plays all year.
