It more than likely won't be. Just feel like s big portion of the fan base that doesn't follow the message boards and the standings don't even realize we have a chance to win the East if we take care of Georgia and UT. Seems like with the terrible showing for the first 2 weeks of the season a lot of average fans chalked it up to same ole same ole and checked out. Add that on top of the weather getting cooler and it's not the best combination.

Hope I'm wrong though because we could use that place rocking for that game. UGA going to be our biggest test since UF (minus Alabama).

Stop overthinking it, it's gonna be a sellout

It won't, will be too cold and end too late for the 1,000s of casual fans in our fanbase. UGA will bring a lot if they win today though.

I respectfully disagree. UK football fans are special. The only transients in CWS are the students. Fans don't need a message board to know what's up and what's possible. CWS will be rocking for UGA. And, if we win, 100,000 'fans' will claim they were there. Just ask the 100,000 fans who 'were there' for Couch-to-Yeast to beat 'bama on 10.5.1997.

Weather? High of 68, low of 46 next Saturday in Lex.

That's perfect football weather.

They should break out the $25 tickets if a number of seats are still available by Friday of next week.

Yeah. That shouldn't be too bad then. I live out of state these days. I just know this time of year back home can be starting to get pretty cold once the sun sets.

The crowd that Ga. brings will be interesting. Dogs are down and reeling and No Keeneland for them. In the past the Ga. fans really like coming to Lexington in Oct. for at least a Friday at Keeneland and if game time was late also a Sat.at the races before the game.

Just need to make sure we don't allow students to have any tickets and sell them to real fans. I'm so disgusted with our students and get angry every game when they leave at halftime. As a student at UK, when we also had losing teams, we never left. Stayed and partied in stadium and cheered on our team. Not today though.

Not to make excuses for the students, but i think UK really pissed off a LOT of students on the USM opener when about 1,000 students were left to wait in line until over 25 minutes into the game becuause of total ineptitude by the stadium staff. Didnt help to introduce all the new freshman to UK football.

But it will be a packed sellout. There's no doubt about it.

That makes you more frustrated than the corners being empty the entire game?

I would be shocked if the stadium isn't completely full Saturday..say what you want about Kentucky football, but we have the most loyal most forgiving fans in all of sports, and if you give them even the hint of having a halfway decent team they will show up in droves..always have and always will
