That 2nd half was an exhibit of great coaching adjustments and great execution by the Rams. I know my Reidsville friends were not at all worried and knew the Rams had it in the bag all the way. LOL Great looking team and plenty of talent coming back again next year. Congratulations to the Reidsville nation on your 20th Championship!

Rams didn't play there best for any 48 minute game this year. But they did for 24 minutes today and it was enough

MVP for this game was the Rams coaching staff.

Made the adjustments at halftime to completely turn the game around.

And that 14 years old Sophomore Kyle Pinnix wasn't bad the second half either. Make that just outstanding.

Games mvp also

Game MVP could have gone to a number of players. Travion Canada and Lionel Long both rushed for more than 100 yards and had some big plays on defense. The blitz-sack by Canada set up the game-winning field position that led to the game-winning field goal.

Great team effort all the way for Reidsville's fifth 16-0 campaign since 2007. Incredible record.
Coach Jimmy Teague has coached five of Reidsville's 20 titles and now has 288 wins in his 24 seasons at Reidsville.

His interview coming out for the 2nd half was simply confidence all the way. His team performed as he lead.

Thanks for the correction. Changed in earlier post.

For those who don't know, Teague coached at Reidsville from 1992 to 2008 before leaving for Greensboro College and two years at Danville GW. When Doug Robertson (now at Thomasville) left after the 2011 season, Teague returned to Reidsville for 2012-2018. He's now 63-17 in playoff games in 24 seasons, missing playoffs only once when a 7-4 record wasn't good enough in 1999.

Nice reception by Reidsville hometown folks -- lining the streets as the Ram buses made their way down Scales Street. I'm sure there were a lot watching on TV.

Had to work and watched it on TV when I could. Northeastern had a really good team. Rams were relentless and showed great character the last 3 games. Coaches made adjustments and gave them a chance to win. Canada & Long were quick to hit those big holes. Pinnix was on the money on those 4 TD throws and Trell Rankin has the heart of a lion.Way to go Rams!

Late in the game yesterday I turned to dogs79 and told him I doubted Reidsville would want to see this go to OT again. Reidsville kept their composure and that is what Champions do.

Is there a rerun of the televised showing of rams game
Doubtful. Sinclair Broadcasting has it now instead of Time Warner/Spectrum/Whatever .... you can buy a DVD for $25. I posted the link in the other thread.
