I still can't wrap my head around the war on drugs. I mean , I can, but as a normal dude who hates politics, I just don't personally get it.

I like the look of the new thread. Simple. Clean. Straightforward.

- LEK's cat pee/smoke reminded me about something like that which happened to me. I was burping up this stuff that tasted exactly like Coke (drink, not snort) burps. Problem is, I hadn't drank a coke in years. Turns out it was a massive sinus infection that had made its way to my lungs and had given me pneumonia. Yay! Human body is crazy, and I'm pretty sure "Coke Burp" wasn't listed in any medical journals. Now, when I get Coke Burp, I go immediately to the doctor (it has happened twice since ...)
(Oh, I also coughed up blood one day with it. That was probably another sign)
- Extree 30 minutes added on to the ol' work day until the end of the school year. That sucks, but better than school in June.
- Looking forward to the new board structure coming over here. It loads kinda slow, though. Not liking that. I'll put the o/u at 2 hours after it arrives that we have a "G.O.A.T. Music Video" thread by WalltoRondotoBoogieBlackLabel with a bajillion Youtube videos embedded.

I was a smoker through late high school / college and eventually quit smoking full time prior to my first child a few years ago.
Gotta admit, when I'm out or my girls are away for the evening, I can't help but sneak one or two. The ball and chain keeps me honest about it so I don't spiral into a collapse.....but I gotta say.....they're just really damn nice sometimes.

scrubbed MY bathroom, won't go near wife's to much woman junk

I pretty sure I'd make a good drunk or stoner, and, like I've mentioned, in my older age I can definitely appreciate the benefits of recreational pharmaceutical mood enhancement.
Just took a pre-going to bed nap. 56 years old and still don't like Mondays especially dreary ones. Why didn't some smart guy figure out early on, before it was too late to change things, that we could improve Mondays infinitely just by calling them Thursday?

Cat that my wife decided to turn into a house cat is constipated. He just pushes and pushes. Sorta feel bad for the little feller. At least the litter box I bought for the cat my wife decided to turn into a house cat (that mysteriously became my job to clean) doesn't need cleaning quite as often.

Ram, I don't remember you posting here, so welcome. If you have before, sorry. I have a two year old daughter, and I've decided she's just living with me forever. The boys can move out when they graduate

I remember those days of 30 additional minutes. They were long minutes. KDE did an attendance audit one year at my school. Auditor was a bean counter. Secretary gave him the wrong schedules, but he thought I was trying to do a cover up when I gave him the right ones. By the time he was finished, he had me adding about an hour and fifteen minutes to the school day for the rest of the year. What really made that bad was that we shared busses with other schools, so it would be MY fault everyone in the district had to go longer.
Worked with him, begged, bribed, promised him my first born, etc....he settled on adding 10 minutes.
