Pullman is northwest of your perch on the limb of sports worship. Please tell us what its like to be a pirate with your hero.
Like watching his teams. LOVE THE CATS...Just wish we had an AD with the bal$$ and enough confidence in himself to hire winners like him and Petrino...nothing more...By the way I support the CATS BY attending every game they play...I just want more. Do you?

Yes, I'm there and have been since 1952. I want more, too. You have a good point about Mitch. He is both highly successful and respected for his overall body of work, but football has been a program where he is reluctant to hire anyone who could lead us to probation....again. He is open to criticism for his standards in hiring coaches. IMO, Mitch deserves criticism for his higher profile hires, but has been highly successful hiring coaches in all other sports. Players in all sports respect him. And, our overall athletic program is among the best in the country and without issues in any sport. We all support the Cats!

Mike Leach and Bobby Petrino have never coached at a school put on NCAA probation...and before you bring up Leach and Mummy , he was only here one year and not involved on all the stupid stuff that CB did. As a matter of fact I think he may have called CM (take his name of the field) Newton about it.

Should have said "spread" instead, I guess.

The only real difference seems to be the QB in shotgun all the time in the spread and the use of a more wide receiver type TE and half back.

I think these two offenses are starting to blur the lines a bit.

Worship at the alter that satisfies your doctrine on Kentucky football. Your soul will be cleansed and you shall be free.
