Anybody tried this? I still run 5 times a week for about 30 minutes going about 3.5 miles but looking to add on to my workout. Saw a lot of stuff on it and red up on it and seems really cool just wondered if someone had given it a try.

I'd also work on shortening those runs. If you are running that much, you should set a 6:30 pace goal for yourself and get going on interval training.

Slow running isn't going to get you where you want to be physically,

He was able to keep both Jake the Snake and Scott Hall alive with it.

Those two were seriously about to die. The transformation he has made with both of them is pretty stunning when you realize what both of them have been doing to themselves for the past 20 years.

I just watched the Jake Roberts documentary and was surprised that DDP Yoga wasn't pimped more. Other than on t-shirts it wasn't mentioned much. I have been contemplating stretching and stuff. Who would benefit from this?

Anyone and everyone. It has a ton of isometric strengthening as well. Get it, seriously. The eating plan is also very good if you want to drop weight, hardcore, but very good.

Being in Physical Therapy makes you realize the importance of core strength and joint mobility, I recommend this program to anyone looking for a home fitness program that is safe and won't kill your joints.

i don't know ddp yoga

but for anyone looking to make a healthy lifestyle change re-building your body through yoga is the best gift you could hope to give yourself.

i run and swim now and haven't practiced in a few years, but six months of yoga walking and eating right took me from 238 to 190 in a low impact way.
