NIL mainly focus on building up Oline and Dline. Spend what you have to to land a QB.
WR-RB are a dime a dozen. The chances of landing a 5 star from outside this area is remote. In the right system you can find quality guys.
I think I saw statistic that said 30-35% of the top 300 recruits have transferred from a school they signed with the past few seasons. Not sure if that will be the case here, but just a reminder to not get hung up on who we get or who we lose. Every school will be revolving door unless they make some significant rule changes.
Also, if a kid can get paid more to go somewhere else I will never blame that kid. No guarantee any of these guys will make it to the NFL so take care of yourself/family while you can.

That is why I don’t mind losing Owens or Moore. They may not stick. The competition at those programs is nuts. Louisville has always done well with kids that didn’t make at bigger programs.
