Does Riley Consider POB 2nd Half?

Can't get much worse for Lee. His confidence can't be high right now. Team needs a spark, why not roll out POB? They were neck and neck right in spring ball.

He should. Lee just does not have it. I wasnt a fan of Armstrong but he's a hell of a lot better QB than Lee.

Unless we have a Taylor Martinez or Tommy Armstrong on the roster. Our Qb isn't gonna matter, all the guys we have can't scramble their way out of a wet paper bag.

Why not give the backup a shot to see if he can do any better. Frankie London over Scott Frost vs. Central Florida. Not only did London get the team rolling again, it lit a spark under Frost to play better. No starter should be considered irreplaceable. Everyone competes for playing time.

I doubt it. I'd like to see it, just to try to spark something, but I doubt it happens.

That being said, I'm not sure Lee looks as bad as he has with an even average O-line.

Same OL ........ Lee, POB, Gebbia, JoeSchmoe..... doesn't matter, all are sitting ducks for NIU right now.
