Should the two of you require an impartial mediator, I offer myself to broker an arrangement.
Here is an option
1. For non-conference games, if past ESCC team plays a non past ESCC or CCL team then ESCC fan does the prediction; if past CCL team plays a non past ESCC or CCL team then Ignazio does prediction
2. For conference or non-conference game that has two past ESCC teams playing then ESCC fan does prediction; if two past CCL teams playing each then Ignazio does the prediction
3. For conference or non-conference game where there is one past ESCC team and one past CCL team then ESCC fan predicts if past ESCC is home; iganzio predicts if CCL team is home
OR
4. They each take alternating weeks from week 1 through week 14

There is nothing available in all of del boca vista. Whoops, I need to keep the Seinfeld / Larry David references to a minimum, as it bothers the Rice guys.

Ignazio is making a reference to a Seinfeld episode, several actually. Del Boca Vista is a fictitious Florida retirement community in which Jerry's parents reside.
I loathed the series, along with the even-more-mind-numbing Friends.
Quite possible the worst television I ever watched, I grew tired of the humor relying exclusively on irony and Kramer's dumb slapstick.
I know exactly what he referred to - and it was more than one episode, it was a running gag.
Thus, I asked if my guesses were the IRL location of the presumed fictitious community, as all of which I offered are Snow Bird destinations, and one is where my folks lived for 20+ years.
(Fun Fact: The Villages is the Viagra and STD capitol of the US. Boomers can’t get used to rubbers.)
