I like stats but I get pretty frustrated and confused with Football Outsiders Innovative Stats. I find it awkward to navigate their site as well as find good explanations of their so called "innovative" stats, things such as "rushing efficiency". I presume this is Rushing S&P+ which shows UK ranked #8. But what does that actually mean?

Peace
Would you find it awkward if UL was ranked #8 or would you just post the stat here in support of how great UL is in your typical passive aggressive style?

We dominated that MSU game until the scoop and score TO. Had we gotten at least a field goal we probably end up winning that game by 10 or so. That's how good this team CAN be, if we can just end up even or on the positive side of the TO battle.

Hopefully the Mizzou game was a sign of that maturation by Johnson that will keep him from fumbling the ball away. Limit TO's, win the time of possession battle and score in the red zone and we're gonna win a few more games this season.

I seldom talk UofL ball over here. But since you brought it up, UofL is ranked #1 in that very stat and I really don't understand that. If simply go by the old measure of YPG rushing, UofL is #11 @ 268 YPG and UK #27 at 224 YPG. FWIW, I like UK's run game better because they are doing it with RBs and line play and not a very, very fast and elusive QB.
