With these schools opting down and getting the "okay" to be playoff eligible by that committee, do they count towards the number they use to divide the class? So for example, Alliance is opting down and eligible in C1 and Schuyler is doing the same for C2. Do they count towards the overall number with the split? Similar question for the schools that are opting down to D3?
