"Ghost" peppers

I sampled a "teeny, tiny, tip" of my first ripe bhut jolokia. Damn, talk about bringing the heat!

We love 'em....but they are insanely potent. The Ghost Pepper Salt (click the blue text) from our Austin local Savory Spice Shop is one example.

Best way to eat them:

Dry them or grill them
Blend in food processor
Add a little to ground beef
Make burgers
