Playboy has a really hard time with Girls of the SEC. Since we're conservative by nature and a lot of the most attractive girls are in sororities that will boot them for even considering showing up to try out, they typically have trouble getting more than 50 or so girls to even try.

Girls of the Pac 10/12 is usually a lot easier for them, because they have looser morals and so many aspiriing actresses in that region that are looking for any sort of face time.
