WHy don't you just press the magic button that makes 60 years of **** football just go away. What do you expect us to do? Riot? Boycott? A ticket boycott got us Stoops, lol. SO, what;s the plan?
Please, by all means, do what nearly a dozen coaches and AD's before 2016 couldn't do and make UK FB great for the first time... ever.
Will you admit none of those AD's have had multi million dollar SEC pie deals and damn near hundred million dollar ESPN deals?
Do some of you literally have no Idea whats going on?
Barnhart and UK are making out like bandits. It would be really funny if it weren't so sad.
You could double what UK is getting from the SEC and it won't change anything, man. The culture of college football, especially in the south, is a live, breathing thing and we just ain't got it. Can't sell us to players, can't sell us to proven coaches and even if we did, we'd never be able to hang on for long in they prove worthy. Every AD at UK has had to learn this the hard way. Next coach and next AD will receive the exact same treatment from fans who will still be missing the forest for the trees.
No AD has had these kinds of recourses. And I mean, none. If they had, it would have been far different.
Barnhart is literally laughing to the bank. These TV and conference deals are making these people millions and millions of dollars, and they don't have to deliver. Hell, they arent expected to deliver.
What an easy job.
AS I have said before, Barnhart didn't name our FB field after an Alabama basketball coach.
I fail to see why the school pocketing money is a bad thing. It is a school, first and foremost, not a GD minor league sports conglomerate like UL. Mitch has a contracted salary. Besides, UK did just invest in FB stadium renovations and a state-of-the-art FB practice facility. What else do you want? Mitch can't crap out a great coach that is falling over himself to spend a career at good ole UK. It's delusional to think otherwise. And contrary to message board belief, most proven coaches won't come here for ANY amount of money b/c UK FB is a known coaching graveyard. Winning here is HARD. Harder than most places. This is a FB culture problem that was born LONG before Barnhart was even a twinkle in UK's eye. Keep spending all the money trying to makeup for decades of neglect and you might as well light your money on fire.
And people wonder why we suck?

Again, NO AD IN HISTORY HAS HAD THIS TYPE OF REVENUE TO WORK WITH, OR IT WOULD HAVE BEEN DIFFERENT. UK IS POCKETING ATHLETIC REVENUE AND GIVING US CRAP. MB IS THE ONLY ATHLETIC DIRECTOR IN HOSTROY TO HAVE MULTI MILLION DOLLAR REVENUE TO USE AS A MEANS TO PROMOTE THIS PROGRAM. NONE HAVE HAD IT THIS EASY.

What would you like Mitch to spend money on that will gaurantee FB wins? I keep asking for this magic pill that everyone insists exists, I would like to know what it is we can throw SEC money at and get some wins. FOrward reply to MB, cause he's probably interested, too.

Come on man get on board. We should have beaten Alabama. We should not lose the rest of the year, if Stoops cant do that fire him, hire coacchs and give them 1 year contracts, if they don't go undefeated fire them. Seriously though, I agree with you 100%. I am not happy losing to Alabama by 28, but let's be realistic, they were not going to beat Alabama. I am happier than the performance against Florida. We have a few loud fans on here thinking we can win 9 or 10 games, not this year. Ok, rant over
