In college my freshman year I ate a pint of ice cream every night. I have ate almost every flavor Blue Bell makes and I have to say vanilla is by far my favorite. I also had to do a lot of excise after that year of college. I blame the stupid meal plans they made us buy I couldn't use all that money up spending like a drunk college kid.

Sucks I can't get it up here in Indiana, but Blue Bell's Blackberry Cobbler is my favorite and always a go-to. If not available, Mint Chocolate Chip.

Blue Bell Vanilla Bean.

I've inherited my dad's habit of having a big bowl of ice cream right before bed.
I've also inherited his gut.

My dad passed away about 10 years ago. For the last 15+ years of his life, he looked like he was pregnant. Skinny legs and arms, watermelon for a belly. He, also ate ice cream just about every night before bed. I would look just like he did if I ate sugar on a daily basis. I started to get that way, but cut way back on sugar and carbs and lost between 5-10 lbs rather quickly. I treat myself from time to time, but have to be careful not to get back into bad eating habits. I do look forward to the day when I no longer care, and can just enjoy eating ice cream every evening. Because ice cream is probably one of the top 3 inventions in the history of inventions, and the options get better on an annual basis.

I like Braum's Vanilla. If I get anything other than just a plain vanilla I usually grab Blue Bell banana pudding.

My mom's dad was this way too. She casually approached the topic of his eating habits one time, and his response was that he'd "Rather die young, fat, and happy than old, skinny, and miserable." No one ever brought up his eating habits again.
