He is saying that maybe the off the field problems the wideouts were having was his fault and a reason he wasnt wanted around. If Brewer was offered a better gig, or didnt believe Freese's staff was a good situation for him you would think a Brewer would get a pass by UM fans media. Guess not

Freeze just stated in his meeting with the press that he has been taking to Brewer about the OC position and then Pete Roussel at coachingsearch.com said that despite reports Brewer HAS NOT accepted a position at NC. Hmmmm. </p>

If USM doesn't promote Blake Anderson, then Anderson will go to UNC as offensive coordinator and Brewer would go to UNC as a position coach unless he got the UM offensive coordinator job. If USM does promote Blake Anderson, then Brewer is going to UNC as offensive coordinator whether he's offered the UM coordinator job or not. At this point, everyone's just waiting to see what USM does.

Auburn is also in the mix for Anderson as OC if he doesn't get the head job and right now at least, it appears Ellis Johnson is in the lead. I am just ready to name a coach and move on. Brewer was on the Ok State staff with Fedora.

Wasn't Gunter Brewer the head coach at Northeast Mississippi Community College for one year and did he not go something like 0 - 10 while was there or am I dreaming all of this?
