Great man Great Hire!!!! West Caldwell has been a disaster for about 15+ years when it comes to football. Nobody in their right mind wouldn’t even think about this Job... Dumpster is a understatement it’s the worst job in the foothills region... Assistants and young coaches who aspire to be a head coach this looks like a stepping stone job, but it’s more like dodging stones and getting out alive!!! Good luck to the Jackets you have your Man!
