MrHonda, I for one appreciate the work tha th you put into your system and actually it's as good and as accurate as any you read. Something to go by. No one knows the absolute deal until its played on th ed field. Most of us know and admit the truth. Some choose to remain in denial. No, we will never know the truth under our system when it comes to single A, and double A however I for one sure would like to know sometimes. But once again, thanks to you guys who know football for your input and ideas. It's what we have to go by, we must take it or leave it. Nobody really knows who's the best until they butt heads on the field. GO RAIDERS...
Thanks and that’s true. Any rating or ranking system only gives an idea. Play on the field is the true barometer.

Appreciate that but no apology needed. It's just fun to talk football. I think your rankings make for good discussion. Appreciate you putting them out there. I haven't read through all your calculations, but is home field advantage factored in? Does that explain why you picked east despite west having a higher rating?
Thanks for asking. I do these by hand and I had an incorrect point total for East regarding their home and away wins. I corrected the ratings in my post. That correction puts East in the 5th spot, ahead of West in the 6th spot. East's corrected rating is 92.34 and West's is 88.77. Basically that and a stronger strength of schedule for East was a factor.
