I can't tell you the last time I have been this excited for a UK Football game... 2007 when College Gameday came to town for Florida comes to mind but goodness gracious, I already can't sleep because I'm entirely too excited for Saturday. Anybody else jacked?

Totally. And I agree that this is the most optimistic moment for us since then. I'll be there and be loud.
I must say, though...I still look back on that 2007 season as a HUGE missed opportunity...we should've beaten MSU (just an ugly nightmare - six turnovers, WTF)...should've beaten UT (I was there for that killer 4 OT loss)...could've had a historic year. Still memorable for the UofL, LSU and FSU wins, but could've really been something amazing. Let's be real here. We beat the eventual national champions, and it was not at all a fluke...but we still bungled our way to a losing SEC record. Still hurts.
Hopefully we can pull off a couple more surprises this year and get to a solid bowl game. I'm pumped up for the opportunity.
