What new info? The new report has the same vague info as before? What evidence is there that he covered up rape? What evidence is there that he knew about rapes and gang rapes and failed to report them to the police? Did the victims report to him and not the police, did he observe the rapes, did the players tell him, how did he find out?
I was the one to bump it. Those who were beating their breast for UK to hire Briles need to own it, and either explain why they still think it would be a good move, or man up and admit they were wrong.
I think I lost track of "the break" in the thread. Not much out of the "change" group after the bump. You're right.

Actual evidence that Briles had some involvement will change my mind. What is my agenda? I have no connection to Briles or Baylor.
In which case did he know and how did he know? Again, did the victim call Art Briles instead of the police, did the perpetrator confess to Art Briles, did he walk in on the rape or was he there in some compacity? I feel like these are reasonable questions. I guess you can keep saying I have an agenda since you can't answer them.
Anything will help, not a vague excerpt from Baylors board of regents who is in CYA mode and has an actual agenda. How did he find out about these rapes first of all. Can you even answer that. If you say he didn't report them you should at least attempt to confirm that he actually knew.
I can thankfully say he ain't coming to UK. Hiring a coach who was the boss over a dumpster fire that allegedly included many women getting raped by the players under his watch is not a good idea.
