Having a problem with the trove. Once again, it says I have “insufficient privileges”. I was able to post on the Trove yesterday.
Testing out this albatross.

Absolutely terrible rollout by on3.

Should pick up as we get closer to the season or once all of the posters have their grandkids visit and update the bookmarks.
Probably the single worst handover of a site I have ever seen. We were told it would be ‘seamless’ and ‘automatic’ and it was far far far from that. Just a disgrace. Took me until today to access my Trove account.

Yes. We could only keep one free board. This is a sports and Seton Hall community page.
If your account is in good standing paid up try logging out and back in. If that doesn’t work reset your password. If you’re still locked out contact [email protected] to open a ticket with customer service.
My guess is there are multiple UserNames associated with my account and since its now email driven login -its pulling one that is not correct since I should be in good standing.
This approach worked for me. on3 did respond to my email request.

Took several back and forths with on3 support to get a password reset so I could log on with my old username. For those unable who care enough, it can be done
