The last week of college football season. Waited all winter, spring, and summer for it just to be over. Before long HH will be posting about how the Reds are only 7.5 games back ten games into a horribly dull MLB season.

Was just thinking how fast the season seems to go
When’s spring practice? Who’s gonna be the starting quarterback? Who fills CRods spot? Will we get that elusive edge pass rusher?? Lots of questions but kind of exciting too! Go Cats!!
Most important off-season in the Stoops Era IMO. Tons of questions and decisions that will impact UK football for the next 3-5 years. UK needs a major influx of talent both on and off the field. Big days ahead, hope Stoops et al are up to the task.

Reds are horrible. This makes be sad. I live for College Football. Best time of the year, from September to December, it takes me back to my younger days, whether I’m at the game or if I was sitting with my dad listening to Cawood call the games. Cawood would be proud of this program over the last 10 years. The Fall of the year is always a good time for reflection. Lotta questions about next years team. Be a whole new face to the team. This group of seniors might be the best group of guys to ever play here. We didn’t do as well this year as we all hoped but still a 7-5 record. I’ve enjoyed coming here and discussing the games with you guys.
Gonna take a little break to spend a nice holiday with my family in our cabin in the mountains. Always enjoy going there. Simple things, simple life, that’s where I’m at at this juncture of my life.
