It is really hard for me to believe, and I hope I'm wrong, but after reading some of the post on here, I really believe some so-called fans, hope we lose against Vandy so Coach Stoops will be fired. If your one of those fans, you should be ashamed of yourself. If Coach Stoops doesn't win 6 games, I would not mind seeing him be let go, but I hope he wins all of them, and at least 6.
I hope he turns it around and is here for a long time. My wanting him gone if he doesn't win 6 doesn't mean I don't respect him, it just means he hasn't got the job done, and it's only business. His job is to make UK better in football, and that's what he is being paid a lot of money for.
Coach Stoops, from what I have seen is a good and honest person, truly cares about the players, and someone who would be a good friend.
I sure don't want him to fail. I was happy when we hired him, and like a lot of you, I have been disappointed with the results, but hopefully he will get it turned around this weekend.
