Go watch the YouTube of tOSU with Herbstreit at QB vs UofL with Jeff Brohm. Cards definitely should have won that one. Ralph Dawkins was a beast and Kirk was, well, decidedly average.

He’s pro O$U and cheers on the pro everything SEC stance at E$PN. College Gameday in general now is practically an $EC love fest from open to close. They’ll toss a few bones to the flavor of the week once in a while. Reese Davis is the absolute worst.

I honestly don’t mind Herbstreit -with the exception of you can’t escape him. He’s doing his best Jim Nance and is seemingly the color guy on every broadcast you turn on - college or pro.

Reece Davis however - is a complete jackass.

I happen to enjoy a Kirk Herbstreit broadcast. I find the guy informative and entertaining without being over the top.
I especially enjoyed him saying Louisville had “no chance” vs Florida in the Sugar Bowl.

I was at that game. We had a great chance to win that game but came up just short.

I think it’s nice how Herbstreit helps guide Corso and knows when to interject when things are going a little sideways for him. He genuinely cares for his older friend.
