Have some fresh lobster tail coming in and a couple wagyu NY strip. My wife got me a salt block a while back and haven't used it yet, so going to try reverse searing with the final sear on the salt block.

Kids get Oscar Mayer hot dogs.

I'm planning to have fresh lobster and salt block seared NY strip with my new best friend.

The more the merrier if you can make it to Maryland! Fair warning, I'm no steak expert and I fear I may be over my head trying to do justice to wagyu steak, but I decided I wanted more than my grocery steak.

Is this your Labor Day plan or Sunday plan for the game?

Oh, Labor Day.

Last time I went out of my way to do it up big for a game was the 2014 A&M game. Never again. I still have PTSD from that game and just can't bring myself to do it. I'd never been more hyped for a game...was sure we'd finally arrived...then early 2nd quarter and I couldn't even bring myself to eat anything. It felt like trying to enjoy a snack at a funeral.

I'll have some light snack food Sunday...chips/dip and such.

I was at that game. Officially the last game I ever yelled or cheered. I too was hyped up for the game and let down. I have seats on the front row and spent many years watching, cheering and yelling at players. I yelled so much at one point in that game my eyes blacked out. I assume it was lack of oxygen. But I sat down and realized it wasn't worth it. So I've never yelled or cheered again. As for this year I will probably be drinking my meal.

Yes, I had never seen that defense look so lost in a game.
