And this is why I told the OP to move his anti-Christian rhetoric to the CE board.

The anti-Christ crazies and their associates have once again spoiled a football thread.

Carry on.
ignore the posts you think don't belong and talk about the teams.
That said, there might not be as many ant-christian messages as you think, just messages pointing out some Christians expect everyone to believe the way they do and what the bible says is the only guide you need , because if something isn't in it, that something is wrong.

Maybe if people put their trust in God on their own terms and not what a possible false Prophet says is right religious themed arguments like those going on in this thread might not happen.
Remember the bible was written by people that weren't there in the beginning and might not be the real story but what those who originally wrote it want believed.
If the bible is the final word, why are there so many religions that interpret it differently and some people believe in Christ while others don't think Jesus is the Son of God?
Are the ones that don't anti Christian for not believing what members of Christian religions believe and why are there so many different Christian religions if they all go by the same bible to guild them though life in a way to go to the hereafter all good Christians will enter.
Speaking of entering Heaven, will non Christians be allowed in?

There are Bible verses that declare the exclusivity of Christianity—the verses that tell us that Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation. And these scriptures are absolutely true! and must be used as the only way to find a path to Heaven

  • John 14:6: Jesus Christ dogmatically stated: “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” The only way to have a relationship with God the Father is through Jesus Christ.
  • Acts 4:12: The apostle Peter, speaking of Jesus Christ, proclaimed, “Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” We cannot be saved unless we accept and believe in Jesus Christ and what He did for each of us.
  • John 3:16: The most famous Bible verse in Christianity declares: “God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life” (emphasis added). Even this verse proclaiming God’s love and desire to save people adds the caveat that they must “believe in Him” to have everlasting life.
  • John 3:36: “He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.”
  • 1 Timothy 2:5: “For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus.”
  • 1 John 5:12: “He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life.”
If they are not and these verses are now considered false interpretations by the Christian Churches of today , will tomorrow find other things religious leaders will say don't apply ?

Oh but you do need to waste time.. you see you don’t have the ability to not have the last word on something you were so triggered by. ‘Consult a Bible pro’🤣🤣 as though a priest will be able to interpret the English language in a whole new way as I read precisely what’s written? Ever read Samuel? Some REAL KINKY stuff in there. 🤣🤣🤣🤣.

As for the evidence that we come from an ancestor of chimps, the evidence is overwhelming. You just choose not to look at it because evangelicals have a real hard time accepting reality as they make up whatever the next doomsday will be🤣

Cope harder
Wow your reading comprehension is scary bad. I stated that I won't waste time debating your silly political opinions here, but told you I would be happy to go at it on the CE Board. Maybe you need to get a few more hours sleep bro.🤣

Anyway, yes you should consult someone with advanced Bible scholarship, like a pastor as I recommended, to help you understand the passages you are selectively quoting for proper context and relevance to a specific Bible truth. The fact that you don't know the difference between a pastor and a priest is telling, and I don't have the time, training, or patience quite frankly, to teach you Bible fundamentals writ large.

As for this 'overwhelming' evidence that man's ancestors are chimps, go on and share or at least summarize it. Then explain how the chimps came into existence.

Cope smarter, or perhaps you need a new psychologist.

‘Take it to the CE board’🤣🤣🤣. As though that’s some kind of intimidation like ‘Let’s take it outside!’. I understand you want to go to your safe space so you have your gang of fellow oathkeepers at your side to pick up in your lack of understanding and knowledge and rally around fellow group think no matter how insane. Never forget over 1000 people followed Jim Jones to Guyana so it never surprises me that psychos like yourself pop out of the woodwork.

Why would I need to consult with a ‘pastor or priest’. Have you read any of my previous messages? Do you agree that a Christian is someone that believes in Jesus Christ as their lord and savior who died to save us from original sin? If the answer is yes Catholic priests more than qualify as experts in the field. Your straw man argument that there is a difference is simply silly and a desperate reach.

I explained the chimp theory in 3 sentences about 5 pages ago. As far as where they came from here’s a like little link with a picture chart since I know you won’t bother actually reading the article as we previously discussed in your Einstein link🤣

Cry harder as you type your inevitable response (that you can’t help but write because the subject has you so personally triggered) and put your little laughing face emoji on this post. Go on… you know you want you😉🤣

Too bad you're so scared of engaging in political debate as per the TKR rules on the CE. Don't worry, you have plenty of fellow LibCult sheep to keep you company there. 😆😂🤣

Again you continue demonstrating your ignorance of the Christian faith, now stating Catholic and Protestant religious leaders agree on all aspects of the Bible's teachings. 🙄🙄🙄

You've been claiming there is 'overwhelming evidence' that man evolved from apes and chimps, yet provide nothing, and start backsliding again now calling it the 'chimp THEORY'. 😂😂😂

I'm hardly crying lol, but nice try projecting your fragile emotional state. Maybe you're just tired.🤣🤣🤣

Since this thread is completely off topic:

Did anyone else take "New Testament" while at Rutgers?
Interesting course.
It was a fact based reading and evaluation of the text.
Basically treated it the same as any other historical story with critical analysis.

The professor actually said "If you believe the Bible was an infallible text then you should drop this course. We are going to critically evaluate it: identify inconsistencies, examine he alleged authorship of the gospels and when they were authored".

Sounds like more Anti-Christ bias.

read your own messages here, they are usually wrong .
So I don't have to show my work, your messages show it better than anything I could say.
As to what I just said
So you got nothing, as usual. Lame even for you. Keep hiding behind your memes clown.

Buddy, it’s clear you lack the intelligence to go head to head here in regards to politics. You are quite literally asking to go to your safe space where you have your fellow oathkeepers to rally around you. You’re just trying to retreat at this point because you are not at the intelligence level to properly debate. All you have is passion, no tact and certainly no foresight…. At the end of the day, your *** will be crying next year, and you know it! That’s why your so angry here, you want what you want but deep down realize you’re side stands no chance next year, none, it’s over!

I’ve provided the evidence you requested regarding evolution you just chose not to read it instead started formulating your next response without having a clue about what you are talking about.

Could you point out where in the Catholic and Protestant teachings they differ in believe that Jesus is their lord and savior who died to save humanity from original sin… it’s that simple. If you wanna debate the legitimacy of the Catholic version of the Bible compared to king James’ bastardized version of it… you can debate that until your head bleeds I really don’t care.

Now let’s hear the next crazy response and laughing emoji!

I jumped on here because for the life of me, I couldn't understand why there were 10 pages of discussion about the Liberty-Oregon match up. Having skimmed page 10, I see a can of worms was opened that has nothing to do with the tread title.

No ones anti Christian… just pro-thinking.

What people are is anti Christian extreme groups forcing their beliefs into politics and science… that doesn’t fly

The only ones I see “forcing their beliefs into politics and science” in this thread are you, your anti-Christian allies, and that one fellow who pushes his gay, intersectional agenda on here at every turn.

As you stated, I looked it up. Intersectionality is the balance between our merging identities and the singular lived experience that comes as a result. What is your problem with it? I thought Jesus was very tolerant of other's beliefs. I guess you don't feel the same way.

Safe to say the Liberty fanboys did not take any courses at Rutgers.

I'm sorry the Supreme Court took away the right to discriminate against white people (and Asians), but they did.

Unless the white and Asian people are LGBT- then discriminating against them is muh "religious freedom." Does not serving people because of muh Jesus apply to people who say, don't want to serve those who discriminate against strangers?

I thought "conservatives" didn't want to go to Harvard anyway...Liberty will take you no matter which justices take bribes, fret not.

Well, most people aren't bigots.

What's next, people will be saying Christians are:

- Bringing drugs and crime?

- Poisoning the blood of our nation?

- need to be totally and completely shut down from entering the US until we figure out what the hell is going on?

Maybe we can ban children in K-3 from reading books where they're mentioned?

So much blather to laugh at again.

Ok let's debate whatever you want about politics here, as long as you pay for premium so you can follow-up on the CE when the mods inevitably shut the thread down. You libs play that game all the time on the free board, spitting out your left-wing talking points and then complain to the mods about the pushback to get the thread shutdown. So go ahead, start a political thread here on the free board and I'll engage as long as you're signed-up for premium and don't run and hide when it gets shifted over to CE. Your move.

What so-called evidence about evolution have you provided here? You think the link with the picture version of the theory (added to your previous post with an edit) is iron-clad "evidence"? 😆😂🤣

I didn't say anything about differences between Catholics and Protestants in the core belief of Jesus as Lord and Savior who suffered and died as the substitutionary atonement for man's sin. You had cited some select Bible verses and passages--undoubtedly cut&paste from your favorite atheist website -and wanted explanations. You then admit there are differences between the Catholic Bible and KJV, but somehow still think you'll get the same teachings about those specific verses and passages from a priest and pastor. How's that work? 🙄🙄🙄

Now let's here you explain why the KJV Bible is "bastardized"...should be a great read, especially when you add in your emojis! 🤪🤪🤪
