A little better. I know what you're getting at but we always show up for this game. And at both of our best, we're a whole lot better
They have feasted on terrible ACC teams, especially those with tons of injuries to star players. They’re terrible.
Louisville is better than you think. I actually can see this game being a defensive battle. Louisville leads the country with 41 sacks and UK has given up 40 sacks. Louisville is 11th in the country in Tackles for a Loss, 2nd in turnovers gained, 4th in turnover margin, 7th in Red Zone Defense. Both teams only allow about 19pts per game.
No they aren't. I've watched them plenty. The talent gap is big. This game will be a lot like the last 3.
Louisville also forces quarterbacks to make quick decisions. And our quarterback is terrible at that. If Will can run it will be a huge factor.
That’s cute and all, but you play in the ACC so leading the country in anything really doesn’t matter. Our offense sucks, think the most we scored in any SEC game this season was 27 - we get more than that Saturday.
Try to down play the stats all you want but remember UK just lost at home to Vandy who was on a 26 conference losing streak. UK was way overrated earlier in the season and all the talk of NY6 bowls were just a pipe dream..
Now I will say UK has a very good defense and so does UofL no matter what you think it’s not the same defense UK has played the last 3 times. Even though UK’s defense is good it isn’t without its faults like giving up over 500 rush yards in your last two games combined.
I said before the season started that UofL would win this year and I still feel that way. Yeah UofL got off to a bad start to the season with a 2-3 start but has gone 5-1 since. UK started off hot making it to #7 in the polls and has since gone 2-5. Even if UK does win which I don’t think they will it will be a close game.
Unfortunately, we haven't feasted on anyone. Even teams we should have. Maybe Saturday will be different, but.........
